Instructions on Work Presentations 
Note:
  - Only works on Web applications with innovative content and substantial value 
    as solution examples will be accepted.
 
  - Works that are not selected for presentation, can be exhibited in the poster 
    session.
 
  - Works can be presented in English or Spanish.
 
  - Each presentation will be a maximum of 20 minutes long, including a time 
    for questions from the public.
 
Information required.
  -  Title;
 
  - Author(s), institutional affiliation, city and country;
 
  - Keywords;
 
  - Summary: maximum of 1 page (in English);
 
  - Complete Text: maximum of 6 pages;
 
  - Web site address
 
  - Presentation: 
    - The work can be presented from the actual web site;
    - Alternatively: a PowerPoint presentation can be used, with a maximum of 
    20 slides;
    - Contact e-mail address of first author 
July 15th : Deadline for revised summary in English 
  August 5th: Deadline for the work's complete text

Instructions on Posters
Please take note of the following information regarding poster presentations:
  - The poster's dimensions must be 1m wide x 1m height;
 
  - The upper portion of the poster will be reserved for the number assigned 
    by the Organization Committee, the title and the authors, as well as the summary;
 
  - The text, illustrations, etc. must be of sufficient size as to be read from 
    a distance of 2m (six feet);
 
  - Background information should contain 3 or 4 sentences synthesising the 
    information needed to understand the work and why it has been done;
 
  - The solution's objectives must be clear;
 
  - Simply summarise the methodology and technology used;
 
  - Posters will be accepted in English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
 
  - Bring double-face scotch tape, or Velcro to mount the poster to the panel. 
    Staples, tacks, etc. are not allowed;
 
  - At least one of the authors of the poster must be present during the Poster 
    Sessions assigned in the event's Programme;
 
  - All posters must be assembled and mounted as of Sunday 14th during the afternoon;
 
  - Kindly take down the poster immediately after the closing of the Poster 
    Session on Tuesday;
 
  - The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for posters left behind 
    after Tuesday.
